High Chaparral Ranch is a 54-acre community of 17 properties surrounded by rolling hills of piñon, juniper and sage on the outskirts of Gypsum, Colorado.  Near the amenities of town and the airport, yet private with easy access to adjacent public lands, the community offers a true western living experience.

The Homeowners Association maintains the landscaping, streets, entry gate and fencing and oversees the snowplowing and trash removal services.  The Association is also responsible for the financial obligations of the community, collecting homeowner dues, paying bills, and building a reserve fund for capital and emergency needs.  To help owners with new construction and modifications to existing improvements, a Design Review Committee is also part of what the Association offers.  Enforcement of our adopted covenants helps maintain property values throughout High Chaparral Ranch to keep it the enjoyable and special place that we all desire.
